Josh is an entrepreneur in the health and nutrition space, having previously founded APE Nutrition. There is a clear through-line in all of Josh’s ventures. From nose-to-tail eating to regenerative agriculture and a desire to challenge the mainstream.

The three of us have a wide range of expertise, but that doesn’t stretch to actually crafting the tastiest, most nutritious sausages and burgers available today. For that, we partnered with Danny and his team at C. Lidgates, London’s oldest family run butcher and purveyor of quality, independent British meat. Through our partnership we’ve not only tapped into Danny’s network of independent, regenerative farms producing quality grass-fed meat, but also his team of craftsmen. We really wanted to champion artisan craftsmanship and we found it in the team of sausage and burger virtuosos that Danny has put together.
