Shipping & Refund Policies
UK Home delivery
We deliver to anywhere in the UK (except Northern Ireland and some Islands). Free delivery is available with minimum spends - further detail is available in the Delivery Information section: https://www.oathfood.co/pages/delivery-information.
We dispatch Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
If you would like to collect your order, collection is available from Lidgates of London at any time during their opening hours.
Further Information
All produce is delivered to you in our refrigerated vans, in an ice packed cool box by our courier. These boxes are able to keep food frozen for at least 24 hours.
Please note that if we are out of stock of an item you have ordered, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a refund.
Peak Times
Service terms may be amended during peak periods or sales. In peak periods (such as Christmas and Easter) orders can not be changed or cancelled after our advertised cut-off date.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If there is an issue with the quality of a perishable item please freeze the product as we may organise collection for laboratory testing.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as fresh food) and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
