Josh is an entrepreneur in the health and nutrition space, having previously founded APE Nutrition. There is a clear through-line in all of Josh’s ventures. From nose-to-tail eating to regenerative agriculture and a desire to challenge the mainstream.

Nick is an award winning creative and writer for Uncommon Creative Studio. His work for major UK brands won him the Cannes Grand Prix in 2023, the highest accolade in his field – but like Ryan and Josh, it is the world of health and nutrition where his heart truly lies.
